HCIdea provides solutions for Government including Medicare, Medicaid and the Department of Defense (DoD) who are experiencing a dramatic increase in the cost of prescription drugs for beneficiaries and recipients. Emphasis on prescribing practices, drug utilization and fraud and abuse monitoring activities has shown to reduce the cost of prescription drug therapy. In addition, these entities are also involved in transitioning from legacy identifiers to the National Provider Identifier (NPI) for prescribers.
